Donald Trump Jr., the president's eldest son, has reportedly hired a lawyer to represent him as the Justice Department's special counsel conducts its probe into Russia's election meddling and potential ties between Trump campaign staff and the Kremlin.

Reuters reported on Monday that Trump Jr. has hired Alan Futerfas as his attorney.

Honestly, hiring a lawyer means diddly squat about criminal or civil liability. It's the most sensible way of controlling the flow of information out, however, a problem several Trump family members seem to have. Also, if someone is not liable, they'd better have representation to protect their interests -- if one side has able, agile and hard-driving attorneys, the other side has to as well.

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.
