Was order deported 6years ago c18 status for a felony lowest felony .

If i get married with my fiance will that help , Right now i'm from a non deportable county if you came before 1992 i think (vietnam) i've been here since 1975

Any way to adjust my status or am i out of luck either way??????? i have to report yearly but never have they tried to deport me what should i do any answers will greatly be appreciated

refugee from vietnam i had my green card but they took it from me after my conviction !!!! again non deportable from vietnam so this is why i'm still here

i never been a citizen even coming back here after the vietnam war been here since 1975 my conviction was 6 years ago

so nothing i can do ? but i cant be deported so why not ?

It seemed like you were asking if marrying would be a path to a green card, but you already had a green card and (presumably) ICE is now seeking to deport you based on your criminal record. Marrying would probably neither help you nor hinder you in that regard. 

 

Either way, your case certainly isn't DIY and you should retain experienced legal counsel.
