You can't, married is married everywhere. Only your first marriage counted, so be careful how you represent that in forms.

 

I got married outside of the US and Brazil and have my marriage recognized in both.

interesting how court here not see so, when I told that I was married there they told me to marry here too.

Updating, Thanks to Jesus I could finish the papers well it was accepted....and I am about to take my finger stamp next week and yes, I had a b2 vistor I am married in Brazil for 2 years with an american citizen,  we lived there and move to here this year. Everything was good. Thanks for help. well, I did questions here that I received no answer, so really...I could take answers in youtube.
