If you are going to London for a medical and interview, then you are applying for a visa, not doing adjustment of status.  AOS has a medical and interview in the US. Talk to your lawyer.

I only posted about the immunizations here. Do not know how we are even on this topic. I appreciate your help, but all I wanted to know is from someone in the UK about how medical records work there

It'll be at his doctors office. I went to see a random doctor just in the office where my doctors is and they gave me my records. They even said that I could've just asked at the front desk.

Thanks Jordan8768.  My father in law went to GP today.  I emailed them my hubbys authorization and they are getting us the immunization records.

The person asked because your filing status is currently listed as ''adjustment of status pending''. We don't know what visa you are filing for. For adjustment of status you need to already be in the US... and you are implying he's in the UK? So there will be different advice given to you if we don't know what visa or status is being filed for. Different situations you know?

If he is in the UK, and doesn't have a 'red book' then most people go to their GP and request a printout of what vaccinations they have received in their history. If none are listed, then he will have to obtain the shots either from his GP or from a pharmacy like Boots. However if he is in the US, and ''adjusting status'' the advice given would be different..

I doubt if they still have his records, no harm asking but best and probably easiest to do a Titre or get them done again.

Just my twopenneth but from reading what you've posted you have bigger issues than vaccinations if he has a 10-year ban and is leaving for London. The ban starts when you leave the country, not your first day of overstay.

But back to vaccinations, I was born before they did the Red Books and also spent a lot of my childhood overseas (I am a dual citizen). I was doubtful that they would be able to find my vaccination records.

Sure enough, my paper medic records were found in the attic at my GP surgery last year. Even records from overseas with translations.

We have an attorney and we are adjusting status here in the US with an I601a waiver. However the visa my hubby came on States you cannot remarry and just adjust here and do your interview here you have to go back to the home country for consular interview.

I agree with JFH sounds like you have bigger issues than vaccinations coming your way. Good luck!

I don't have big issues. My hubby came on a visa and overstayed. We are doing an I 601 a waiver

I'm hoping the GP has something. If not we will just repeat them. I'm just trying to find everything. Less money to put forth is better for me,

Of course he can adjust status in the US. The only ones who can't and have to return are those that entered illegally/without inspection and those who entered as K-s and did not marry their petitioner. You mentioned K-3. Did you mean K-1?

C/D as well, K3's used to be more prevalent.

no he came on a K3 visa and was married to petitioner prior, when he got here they split up shortly after.  Then he overstayed.

K3's are effectively obsolete.
