Hello to you all July filers:D

I filed through Dallas/Lewisville, Texas Lockbox. My timeline is:

GC-Date: 06/25/2012

Sent: 07/17/2017 

Cashd: 07/20/2017

NOA: 07/19/2017

Fprints: 08/07/2017, I did early walk in, was originally scheduled for 08/14/2017.

In Line: 08/18/2017.

Int Letter: 08/31/2017.

Interview: 10/05/2017.

Oath Ceremony: Was scheduled  on 10/25/2017 but I requested another day and now the big day is on 11/15/2017.

 

Can someone add me on the timeline please? Thank you.

There are so many in the tracker who haven't come back to this thread to update in the longest while...wish they would...we all started on this journey together in July and helped out with answering questions, getting involved with each others stories, and excitement (and stress!)...it would have been nice to know of any updates/progress after receiving their fingerprinting date in August :(

Ah, I am still in the "case was received" status. I did make a call to USCIS, but could not reach the

2nd level officers... they basically told me not to worry - especially, after fingerprint it is "automatically

in line for interview...", and it is just "the information are not always being updated online".

 

I don't know how true this is... on the other hand I see some people got "in line" the same day as they

It’s hard to say how accurate those statuses are because as you said, some people were in-line right after biometrics. My status changed to “in-line” in early September but I wasn’t really sure how accurate it was. Reason being I think atleast couple of people mentioned that theirs got reverted back to “biometrics has completed”. Anyway, just hang in there. Hopefully, it won’t be long before you get an interview date :). Good luck!

Seems like the online filers are definitely moving faster than others. Wish I'd known about the online filing option back in July. Hopefully we'll see some movement for Lockbox filers soon.

Hello Going through! I am so glad that you got your citizenship so quickly. Congratulations!!! :dance:

 

For me the process seemed to move quickly until I went in for biometrics and got an update that I have been in line for interview on 8/8. However it looks like the process after that is sooooo sloooow as I have nothing further to report. I have heard of this happening for paper filers after being placed in line.. so am expecting it's just that. I tried to speak to USCIS to get an update but have just been informed that I'm within 'normal processing times' for my Field office.. :huh:

Curious whether you spoke to a L1 representative, or a L2 officer?  An L2 might be willing to put in an inquiry on your behalf if you get a really nice one on the phone...

status update: "Oath Ceremony Notice was Mailed - We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us."

 

The notice has not posted online yet, but as @reema had previously noted, if the line that says "If you do not receive your notice by xx, xxxx" is any indication of when the oath ceremony is, then we have it exactly one month from today (12/14).

 

Will await notice and give you guys an update when it's confirmed! :)

Can someone update my interview letter date - 11/13/17? I was trying to do it myself but the formatting always gets messed up.

Hello, I have filed my application beginning of July 2017, 2 weeks later had my fingerprints and on july 31st I got a message saying that my application is in line for a interview. Have not heard anything back since then, we have filed in Chicago :( We really hope that we hear something back soon but really hoping not to have my interview end of december since we are going on a trip out of the state (staying in country) 

anyone else from Chicago that filed in July and is awaiting interview?
