Same here. All i see is case received when i check online. Even though I'm done with biometrics which took less than 10 mins. They did four fingers of one hand and took a crappy pic which looked like a mug shot. Then gave me the booklet and i was out of the door. Even though my FO is the slowest and  I would be one of the last ones here, still would be nice to see something instead of no updates at all since the beginning. Maybe I should move to ND or other places with fast processing times :P

Same here! My case status never changed beyond "case was received" ... I guess there's that excitement every night right before opening my mailbox :P!

Testing and Interview

If your case status indicates that you are currently in this step, you have either been scheduled for an interview or are in line to be scheduled for an interview. The amount of time your application will remain in this step will vary by office and is largely determined by the number of cases ahead of yours. The interview notice will have specifics about time, location and anything you will need to bring to your interview. If your application remains pending beyond our normal processing times (as shown below) please contact our national customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Please note that not every application/applicant will require an interview. In some instances, an interview is required by regulation and others an interview is requested because USCIS has determined that this is the most efficient means to determine eligibility. For a naturalization application the interview will include your taking the required English and/or Civics tests (unless exempt or waived).

I am wondering if somebody has ever called the hotline in order to fix that issue .... it seems to be more common among the paper-filers.

Thanks @peachlings!!! All went well today, they were able to scan the page with no problem. I even had to take my little one with me (daycare problem today!), was in and out by 45 mins (busy day I guess?) but without issues what so ever.  Now I guess waiting to hear for interview!
