Hi my wife got a conditional green card(CF1) through our marriage(I am US citizen) at the end of 2015, so she will file I-751 on September this year, her 13 years old son(step son of mine) came to join us at October 2016 and also got the conditional green card(CR2) at Jan 2017. I know that my son should file a separate I-751 because he got the green card more than 90 days after my wife did, my question is:Can my son submit his I-751 application together with my wife( two I751 forms at same time) or my son need to wait until 3 months before his green card expire?
Thanks for reading!

Your step son on can not submit his I-751 along with his mother.. He has to wait until 90 days window opens...

"... If you have dependent children who did not acquire conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, ....then those dependent children must each file Form I-751 separately to have the conditions on their status removed"

Look at his green card.. Here is a calculator - you can figure out when you can submit I-751 for your step son.

Good luck!!
