Bringing mother NVC steps

my mother petition has been approved by USCIS .. and now  NVC stage .

 

- since my wife and I filled joint tax returns , i wonder if i can use my income only to convince the NVC and what forms do i need to support the form 1040A ?

- NVC asks for the most last year (2016) tax returns , can this only convince them  ? or i must send the (2014/2015 plus 2016) even i think the (2014/2015) are kind of weak income

- when i count my current annual income . can i add the additional hours listed on paystubs or should i stack on the full time hours (40h) weekly 

- i'm required to file the i864EZ form , since i meet all conditions they asked about  . can my wife file i864A so we send them together (i864EZ+i864A) or should I turn to I864 EVEN this form dose not fits my situation ?

- Can my wife file the I864A just to support the case even my income of the last year and this current year are above the lines ? ( Note * we are joint tax returns )

Go to your nearest IRS office and get IRS transcripts of the last 3 years / they can be printed out right on the spot

Send them the 2016 returns with both of you making out the support form

if they need 2015 and 2015, they will tell you

You can only use the i864EZ form if you are only including your income, not your wife's, you cant use this form if you have a co-sponsor.

 

Your wife would only need to fill the i864 form if she is co-sponsoring your mom. if she is, then you both have to fill in the i864 form.

thank you guys , but i still wondering about the current annual income ?

one more question : has mother needs to carry her marriage certificate + translate to the interview or not ?
