I am currently in the process of completing my k1 application for my fiance. I am currently living in the same country and will be leaving and filing the petition from the U.S. is it okay to print out the application and have him sign it even though I probably will not submit for another two months?  

 

Also, if i meet the income requirement are my w2's sufficient proof?

Best to sign the I-129F closer to submission date.

 

During K-1 interview, if your income is sufficient, attach your tax return transcripts for the last 3 years to the I-134.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Not really as long as you can prove your current annual income :)
