Opinion:

Don't try to go back for 6-12 months and only for a short visit like 2-3 weeks has a better chance. Having a BF in the US is not a good reason to let you in. You might just not bother to leave.

Hi, do you think having my husband is US, is a good reason to go there? I've been there twice. I have 6 months already without going to US. Now, I'm having problems in my marriage, I'm really sad because I really want to meet him and we could talk and solve everything. It's very hard been separated.

could I travel soon with my B2 visa without problems to entry?

I have a petition pending on immigration, he made it about a year ago, but it takes a while to be processed. My case is at NVC now.

It is up to 6 months, but may be less. Book the ticket for at least a week less, in case of flight delays, you don;t want them to accidentally overstay.  Because they want to stay such a long time, they may be asked questions about how they can afford it, what will make them return home after the 6 months. Also, generally the recommendation is to stay out longer than you are in with a tourist visa, so if they do stay the full 6 months, be prepared that they may not be allowed back for half a year to a year afterwards.

Hi, my husband lives in US and I've visited him twice, both I stayed 6 months. He is a permanent resident and he made a petition for me, which is still pending, complete the process could take at least 2 years, we have been through this for a year. Now my question, could I go back to visit him again just for 2 weeks? I've been 6 months already in my country.

As it's been more than 6 months since you left the USA, your chances of gaining entry again, especially for a short 2-4 week visit, are pretty good.
