I believe I answered similar comments and came to the decision I would just have to wait with the understanding that it is difficult to get a waiver and I will just have to see if my daughter's health improves and she may not have so many restrictions or possible complications. Please read thru previous posts and if you have constructive insight that has not previously been mentioned I am more than happy to consider it. This is a new process for me and seeing what needs to be done while taking into consideration life circumstances.

You just need to figure out how to meet within the 2 year requirement. If you can't it is probably best to focus on your daughter and find an American boyfriend

Wow thats pretty judgmental and rude she asked for advice with her situation and your suggestion "Focus on your daughter and find an American boyfriend". The is a self-help Immigration forum. Her original post expressed concerns for her daughter's special needs and asked for help regarding a waiver, how do you know that isnt her focus? Further who are you to tell her where to find love, everyone is here for help with a "foreign" beneficiary be it a spouse, fiance, or relative. She is looking at the starting point to be prepared for the process and seeking advice. SMH

Kindness, consideration and respect goes a long way.

I see your confusion.

VJ stands for Visa Judgement.

Mind you I do find it odd that you would marry someone you have never met.

I'm not here to define my relationship just asking about a process, this does not mean I am automatically going to go out and try to get a waiver and put in applications. This is all new to me. By waiting I will see if this is right for us both and will travel when my situation allows it, otherwise I will take my chances with a waiver depending on how my situation works out.

Make the decision that works best for your and your family. Take the meaningful advice on here, it can prove to be invaluable. Ignore the negativity from the trolls, and keyboard bullies lurking around. Good luck to you, and well wishes to your daughter !!!
