I am US Citizen filling for my brothers and sisters for which I have to file new I-130, 12 pages application.

1) What should I put into middle name. So I should put NO, N/A or should I left it blank. Normally, I leave it blank in all USCIS documents. However, official instruction document from USCIS website says that 3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks, “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed

2) I don't have Uscis Online Account Number, So should I put N/A or  say none . Will I receive USCIS online account number once I get receipt of my received documents from USCIS or this USCIS account number is only for permanent residents removing condition .

3) I am US Citizen by Naturalization , so I had Alien registration number before becoming US citizen number. Should I put N/A as I am US citizen now or should I put my Alien registration number there.

4) Part 2, item 10a , my mailing address is same as my physical address so what should I write in item 12a to 13b.

If someone is self employeed, what should be written in that. Please help me to properly fill new I-130 application. I will be greatly thankful.

Hi,

1.) If you don't have middle name put N/A.

2.) N/A as well if you don't have USCIS account No.

3.) Yes, you should put N/A as you are already US citizen and will provide proof of it.

In part 2 provide just SSN.

4.) Mark "yes" at 11 and put N/A at 12a-15b.

  If you are self employed just write down your occupation.

Good luck!

Hi,

1. Yes;

2. No.

Never leave blank, write N/A if it doesn't apply to you;

3. Provide information about your parrents.

Start your own topic next time.

Good luck!
