Hello everyone i have a question. I got the visa and moved to the states and its time for my AOS. I filled up everything except the medical exam. I still have the results from the one i took in my country. Will that be okay or do i need a new one?

For K-1, if you're AOS-ing within a year of your original medical check-up back home, you are not required to get another done in the US as long as your DS-3025 is marked as "COMPLETE". If it isn't, you're required to get the remaining vaccinations that you did not get during the K-1 medical and have the vaccinations transcribed onto the I-693. However, please note that there have been cases where K-1 holders were told to get the transcription done though they were AOS-ing well within the 1-year period per the USCIS instructions.

A lot of civil surgeons will try to rip you off and ask you to do a new medical check-up so call around to ask for the transcription prices and whatnot if you need them.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
