Unable to find I-94 number for K-2 visa

I am unable to find I-94 record for my son who came on K-2 visa with my wife at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search. But I am able to find my wife i-94 record locator number who came on k-1 visa with him. Any suggestions? I am planning to call US Customs on Monday.

 

Question: Could the record locator number be same as my wife?

Each person's I-94 is an individual record. If you can't pull up your son's record, it is most likely that the CBP officer had made a data entry mistake when keying in his details. Definitely call the CBP office (we called the POE CBP office) because they'll be able to access the record and find out what's entered wrongly. It could be his name, passport number, date of birth or a combination of things :jest:

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
