Hello all, I have a few questions regarding what happens next after  i601 and i212 waivers are approved. My husband had his first interview for the i130 in Bogota, Colombia on May 8th 2015. He was denied visa due to previous deportation. If took me a while to get everything ready for waivers but thank God uscis just approved both waivers on July 7th 2017. I know it but I've been awaiting this decision for so long. So now that his waivers were approved I know he will have to redo an interview since it's been more than a year from the first one. The first time around I had to pay the visa immigration fee as well as the affidavit of support fee.. will I have to pay that again? Will i have to resubmit proof of our relationship or will he have to just redo medical and police clearance? Lastly does anyone know how long bogota is taking to assign interview days? I appreciate any feedback.
