Sorry if the title is confusing but here's the explanation:
* I live in the States and I would like to give away my house in Vietnam to my brother who lives there.
* The document (in Vietnamese) has been emailed to me so I can fill it out. How do I have it legalized? Keep in mind that the local government over there will not accept US Notary Public seal on the Vietnamese document.
* I can't get a hold of Vietnam General Consulate in San Francisco. I also was told by some Notary Public people that even if I drive 7-8 hours to get there, the process somehow can't be done on the spot.
Thanks for your input.
