My fiancee and i decided to stop working for my visa. We had a lot of fights recently. Were 2 years and 1 year engaged.

But He submitted the cancellation of the k1 visa last week were so close to be together. and now were okay again. Our problem is we dont know what will happen after cancelling the k1. 

Is that true that we cant get married anymore in US? What if we get married in philippines ?

Well without k1 you can't go marry and adjust in the USA. You can marry wherever you want, if you marry in the Philippines you need to pursue the cr1 visa.

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

Unless he's allowed to get the original petition re-opened, he might need to file a new I-129F if you guys wanna go the K-1 way. Otherwise, get married and file CR-1. All the best!

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
