marriage based AOS tax and USCIS office quesitons?

F-1 student, spouse is U.S. citizen, both hella broke. 

Mailing everything out on Monday, just found out accountant didn't include joint sponsor's 2014 tax returns in the envelope.

OH WELPPPPPP

1st question:

In I864, 

NOTE: You MUST attach a photocopy or transcript of your Federal income tax return for only the most recent tax year.

18.b. (Optional) I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my Federal income tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years.

following by 3 grids asking for annual income of past 3 years.

Aight.

I have all the 3 W-2s of joint sponsor's, just not 2014's tax return.

If I CHECKED the optional I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my Federal income tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years, yet only attach 2 recent years', will I get a good ol' RFE notice( really dont want that) ???

If I CHECKED tax return for only the most recent tax year, yet attach 3 years' of W-2s, will it be weird??? (I mean... the question Have you filed a Federal income tax return for each of the three most recent tax years? = WE WANNA SEE ALL 3 YEARS' BUT ITS UP TO YOU IF YOU WANNA TAKE A RISK AND NOT FALL ASLEEP EASILY AT NIGHT right?)

 

Also a proof of employment is not required with I864, rrright?

2nd question: 

In I-130, QUESTION 61:

The beneficiary is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in:

City________ State ______________

Do I fill in my local office or Chicago, IL(where I will be mailing my I130 & I485?)
