Can i ask everyone's opinion regarding about cancellation of the old k1 visa petition. Which person would do best to approach the old fiancee to send a withdrawal/ cancellation letter to USCIS? The new fiancee or the fiance with multiple petition issue?

Yes we are aware of that. But who will approach the old fiancee to get a better response? New fiancee or the fiance (ex of old petitioner)?

How long ago was the petition filed?  Unless this was just recently filed, it should already have been denied.

Only the US petitioner can get a petition cancelled while it's pending. If it has been denied, it would be let expired at the USCIS office.

We don't know the person's involved, nor the circumstances of the split up or why the first K1 didn't work out... So kind of difficult to give you an opinion on the best approach to the original petitioner

That depends on the personalities involved which we don't know and only you can make that decision since you know both.

This is concerning me as well. I know K1's and CR1's don't always get cancelled when you stop the process, and it has to be formally withdrawn. At least I know now!

My ex husband (first CR1) never sent a letter because we didn't know that was what we had to do when we filed for divorce in 2015. I did call the lawyer that filed/sent the paperwork for us and said ''it didn't go too far and that they did cancel it'' (We stopped before the NVC stage) Of course it worries me that they might try to deny my current CR1 based on that, or that we face RFEs, but I'm hopeful.  Regarding your question It all depends on how you parted ways with your ex. I ended my relationship amicably so we can talk if needed, but if you feel uncomfortable and you have the help of a lawyer/friend, he might be contacted through a third party? The new fiancee might me a little bit tricky, but it all depends on how you both feel about the situation.  Big hug!

Yes we finally contacted him and he signed the withdrawal letter but is it okay if he would just email me a scan copy of the letter and we will just inform uscis, nvc and embassy?

LAST YEAR I HAD A PETITION AT THE EMBSSY LEVEL, MY EX SENT A LETTER TO THE EMBSSY AND THE EMBASSY SENT CASE BACK TO NVC AND NVC TO USCIS, ONCE THEY SENT CASE BACK TO USCIS IS AUTOMATICLY CLOSE.

Hi did your EX fiance ever get a WITHDRAW letter back from USCIS?

If you put in your OLD WAC # what does it say now does it say withdrawn or something else?

my ex sent the letter on march 2016.

THIS YEAR USCIS sent a letter to my ex, which couldnt be delivery because maybe he moved to a new address, the status on USCIS IS:

''Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It

On March 17, 2017, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxx, because they could not deliver it.'' 

THEN AS I WANTED KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY CASE I MADE AN INQUIRY TO USCIS AND I GOT THIS EMAIL BACK SOME DAYS LATER:

the same day that post office sent back the letter of my ex, my new petition arrived to USCIS, which doesnt metter because my case was closed as they say on the email.
