the form asks that i send a copy of my approved I130 since my I130 is still being processed and I have my approved K3, should I send a copy of my receipt notice from I130 along with my NOA2 from my K3? or should I just mail my approved I129F w/o the I130 receipt?

Any suggestions??? thank you.

Send a copy of the I-130 receipt notice, it should suffice. In your case a pending I-130 is just as good as an approved one.

Filed AOS from F-1
Green Card approved on 01/04/07
Conditions removed 01/29/09

Citizenship Oath 08/23/12

no,pending doesnt mean approval except u file concurrently,so i recommend wait till approval notice in hand.GL

Incorrect. If you are married to a US citizen, you can file I-130 and I-485 concurrently, you can file I-130, wait for it to be approved and the send in your I-485, or you can file I-130, and then send your I-485 shortly afterwards, without having to wait for an I-130 to be approved. It doesn't matter how you do it if you are an immediate relative of a US citizen.

Send the NOA1 from the I-130 like Jewel said. No need to send the approval notice for the I-129F since it was already approved and K3 issued and already used for U.S. entry.

A copy of your approval notice is NOT the only thing the form asks for. An I-130 for the spouse of a USC will make a visa number immediately available.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485.pdf

Evidence of eligibility.--Based on an immigrant petition.

Attach a copy of the approval notice for an immigrant petition that makes a visa number immediately available to you, or submit a complete relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military petition which, if approved, will make a visa number immediately available to you.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR K-3s!!!

If you apply for your EAD before and separately from your AOS, your EAD will be valid for the same period of time as your K-3 visa (typically 2 years from entry).

If you apply for your EAD WITH your AOS, it will be valid for one year.
