Dear VJ members,

Hi , hope you guys are enjoying your weekend.

I would like to know about few questions regarding administrative processing. I will really appreciate your help.

We are same age same culture same religion love marriage .I met with her family but they were not along with out marriage.even my family met them too.

I am in Administrative processing since almost 4 months.I was informed on the day of the interview you will receive your passport back with in two weeks.my interview last not more than 7 minutes even CO didn't bother herself to ask any additional proof for relationship.she just said at the end of the interview  I am sending your case back  to the department of state for process. After that she gave me a white sheet which was few questions about travel hostory email , phone number education address and siblings and so on. Afterwards when I was leaving she also told me your visa will be issued from yesterday from the date of the medical examination. I was like ok mam Thanks. She also kept my passport.I was in and out in 45minutes. I forwarded the requested information the same day.

Here are my questions?

1. My wife family was not along with us . Do you think this is causing delay for my visa?

2.I am in AP since four months I am in need of my passport because  I wanted to travel during summer .Should I request them to send my passport back? Do you think it will cause any issue?

3.As I know medical is valid only for 6 months.my medical will be expire in mid of September. If I don't get my visa on time then I have to go for medical exam again?

4.I been in about 40 countries some of them for study most of them for visit . Do you think this is causing delay?

5.I am from Pakistan but living in italy at the moment  I know some countries they do more backgrounds check and so on.Even I been in U.S back (2014). Why they are taking too much time again?

6. I am mechatronics and Robotics Engineer. I did Master in Engineering from Germany. I know they do more check for science students . As CO told me on the day if interview I am sending your case back  to department of state this is because I am engineer? (When I got B1/B2 visa back 2013 they did hold my visa application for four months)

7.Do you think We did Direct consular filling i submitted  every thing on the day of the interview e.g I-864 form marriage and birth and police certificates etc this is causing delay?

8. What about police Certificate ? E.g I am not in germany anymore i left germany and got a clearance certificate and give them police certificate do you think if my visa didn't issue until September they will request me for new police certificate since I am not there anymore?

9. What you guys think what could be a reason which causing delay to issue my visa?I had denial B1 visa once in back 2015.

10.my wife is not working because of pregnancy but we attached joint sponsor. This could be a reason?

Please answer my questions accordingly I will really appreciate your support and help.

thanks in advance.
