Anyone here from Pakistan? Need help.

My ID card and passport has expired and I need to get it renewed. I'm in the ROC process. I need my name changed on my ID and Passport along with getting it renewed. I went on the Consulate website and am confused as anything. It says to renew your NIC online , tgats wgat i need help with. Tried calling the Counsulate in Houston but no one answers.

I don't know about the id card, but my husband had to go to the consulate of Pakistan in Washington, DC to get his passport renewed.

Thank you for replying. The passport is no problem. I have to go to Houston to renew it. But I have to have a valid ID and I have to change my last name on both so that's the problem. From what I've read on the website is that the only way you can renew your I'D is online. So will have to scan documents , picture and fingerprint and file the application online. Wish they did it at the Consulate with the passport.
