Difference between petition validity and VISA expiration date

Hello Fellow VIsa Journey Peeps, 

 We just received our K-1 visa. We were wondering what the difference is between the dates on thr Visa one says petition validity October... and above it says expiration date November...what are the differences.  My fiance is trying to make sure he immigrates before the visa is no longer valide but we are not sure what each date means. Expiration date is the last day that a K-1 can be admitted into the US. So plan the flight accordingly.

And the other date? Is that of any importance?

No. So don't freak yourself out unnecessarily. The other date is just the I-129F NOA2 validity. Your fiancée has gotten her K-1. Worry about when her K-1 would expire instead and ensure that she's entering the country (arriving at the US POE) it expires.
