I am glad to see them reaching an agreement. Anything that ends the Syrian civil war, is a good thing in my opinion.

A limited cease fire...agreement might be a stretch

I am not sure what yet another cease fire in Syria is going to do. Haven't there been like 6 of them in the last year? Weren't they all pretty quickly broken? I guess we'll wait and see but I wouldn't hold out too much hope this will last.

It may be the start of something serious or it could be a token from the Kremlin to make the Trump meeting appear to be signifigant. I heard analysis that the agreement started with a near mishap between Russia and the US and talks between military leaders and it expanded in scope.
