Hi guys, you dont need any financial documents e.g. tax returns for EB cases unless you have lived in the US before, right?

(I know proof of join bank accounts etc. can help for proving a genuine marriage)

My attorney didn't ask for tax returns. I was in the US till March 2017. Worked there as well. All I send across were personal docs like Birth certificates , Marriage certificate, Passport copies, Police certificate. Waiting for.the review to get over with. Hoping and praying no checklist.

That's interesting. We saw our attorney yesterday and he asked for our taxes, in order to make sure my husband's income is enough to meet the guidelines, especially that we have 4 children- 4 dependents.

It does not prevent you have proof of savings bank accounts.

To have some kind of proof of  professional experience in the profession( like a employment contract) that you are enough qualified for the job , because they may want it from you on the interview ( to show it).Good Luck;) And  job offer (employment letter  with your future  salary)
