Not at all,  the supervisor  I spoke with  still says that my file is under review,  but I have done a new police certificate  and sent to my company who will now forward it to them,  well  I have decided to take my mind of it and continue to live my life till they are ready,  any news on your interview  date?

Just hang in there, it'll pass. No date still. I believe they'll start scheduling next week against November. Hopefully, I'll get a date.

All the best ebony1 and thanks everyone for the encouraging words while going through this stress.

BTW, when is your interview scheduled?

Hi Greenline2017,

I checked in the Case complete to interview spreadsheet. There are couple of people who have not updated their interview date. What I did is filtered the spreadsheet based on country and then tried to check who is there without the interview date and waiting for november 2017 scheduling.

I see the below, This includes all visas in india

greendre 8/21/2017
dildeep nagra 8/3/2017
Sonalben 7/27/2017
Patel.Niraj 7/26/2017
Vishal1292 6/10/2017
BlessingDawn 6/2/2017 --- ???
CHAMMA 5/30/2017 --- int sch
PP_2016 5/22/2017 ---???
Tanish 5/3/2017 --- int sch

Here before Tanish all are already scheduled an interview. PP_2016 and Blessngdawn are also scheduled interview I believe. So the person left out are

Vishal1292, patel.niraj, sonalben,dildeepnagra.

My next question is -- the scheduling will be based on country or based on visa type?

if country then there are people waiting from 6/10/2017 CC date which is too long. So I am hoping mine will be in december interview??

Sorry for the long one....Anyone can help clear my doubts...

Hi Greenline 2017,

I am checking the other spreadsheet which u sent the link.

may be the case complete one is not up to date with interview dates.

Hi it is complicate and depend on many factors on visa type ,depend on which is  embassy and how is busy , depend  on where is your case in pile, so yes it is complicate  and stress process but it is worth, so hang in there there is a light in the end of all this ;)

Agree Greenline.

I will wait patiently.

I am just trying to get some statistics on EB2 visa type and wondering the people here in this thread are all classified as CR1 in NVC 2017 Scan dates.

like blessing dawn, pp_2016, dildeep, patel.niraj. Just curious if I need to go to someother sheet.

Thanks again for all your efforts.

There are not many EB people on this forum relative to CR1. Your CC was in June and your priority date was already met by that stage?

I assume you were not affected by the EB-2 ROW retrogression as India is not counted as ROW?

I know of one person on the other thread who got a checklist and kept calling and calling until he got a supervisor to agree to review on the phone the additional document he had to submit - and he got an immediate Case Complete then. You could do the same. I had a checklist and gave up trying after a few calls although if I'd known then that it was possible, I would have kept trying.

My CC was on Aug 21. My priority date is current for october I checked the visa bulletin of Final action dates for EB2 India. I am not sure if the priority date how it will stay for November. Keeping my fingers crossed. Do they schedule only after the visa bulletin is released for november. Is there any way to expedite the interview.

My priority date was current when CC was given too. I am checkng every month. It is APR 2008.

Thanks for the support given by VJ.
