I think it will be up to how busy the consulate is and which place in line we are holding.  You should be one of the first places in line as you got CCed wayyy back.

 

November is totally doable for the first people in EB-2 line as even on October 1 they still schedule November interviews (and all the way through the middle of October actually).

 

That being said, November is optimistic, December is pessimistic I think...  Also, I am very much against December, I do not feel like traveling back home in winter but if it does happen I will plan on being there longer for all the holidays and then return to the US.

They released it early this morning.  Officially current now!   We are closer!

You guys, I called last night and they told me I have to wait till October 1 for interview date.  This does not make sense and we know in the past that hasn't been the case.  In any case, 18 days more of wait Any EB-2s having more hopeful news? @enigma992?

I called too and was told I do not have an interview scheduled yet.

good day everyone  i just called nvc , where i was told my case just went to the review dept on the 9th of sept , please i want to know what does this mean , can i imply that i will soon have a cc soon, my scan date is 28 of july and its for eb3 category, anticipating replies thanks

That sounds like good news...you should get a CC soon. I got a CC 6 days after mine went into review. I wish you good luck on this.

If I were you, I wouldn't worry to much about it.  You should be getting interview this week or at the end of the month!

Guess we are all guilty of this!!  Try to enjoy life in the meantime, though its hard.  I am trying to do the same thing
