Us marriage base visa information

Sir I live in India. I have some  of my friend who live in us green card holder base.  We want to marry and they want to come India in this December. Sir we have problems  here is my friend age is 46 and my age is 28 So sir is it any problems when they take file for me. So is any problem  when my file is open and I will go for take visa so any problem  or not  ??

You just need to show that such an age difference is common/accepted in your culture. Family all accept etc.

Yeah sir my family and culture accepted but can I get visa or not?? Or create some problems  to convince visa officer whats we do sir ??

When she took File for immigration and when I get call for visa  that duration create any problems or not ?? Us government accepted like this file  or not  ?? Major problem  here sir

You will have to demonstrate that the relationship is bona fide (for love, not a green card). We can't tell you whether you will get a visa or not. We don't make that decision. Gather as much evidence as you can. Is this just a friend?

 

If you don't get a visa, I presume your friend will be happy to move to India to live with you. The advantage of most international marriages is that there are usually two countries to pick from when you consider where you want to live.

Like has been said there are always options, the important thing is tat you are together.
