Hi

My question is that buying a return ticket from LONDON to NEW YORK is cheap compare to one way.IS it gonna be problem or not if immegration officers ask me why u bought return ticket instead of one way.Do u guys think they are concern about that or its just my fear.

After my fiance was granted his K-1 visa, he came to the U.S. with me on a round trip ticket. It doesn't matter once he is given permission to emigrate to the U.S.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Round-trip tickets are common -cheaper too - it will not be a problem. Don't worry. :thumbs:

Round-trip tickets are common -cheaper too - it will not be a problem. Don't worry. :thumbs:

If you got a K1 Visa then one way trip is find.

www.flyglobespan.com offer flights to New York from Liverpool next month they do one way tickets and there business class fares are quite reasonable.

I have heard of MANY cases of people on K1 visas coming on round trip tickets, because they are cheaper. Like others have said, it is absolutely no problem at all. Immigration doesn't care.

Dec 6, 2010: Passport Arrives
Dec 7, 2010: Sent for Indian Passport Surrender Certificate

Jan 3, 2011: Sent for Overseas Citizenship of India Card
March 1, 2011: Received OCI card!
