He was a March 2017 filer where the new I-129F was not enforced yet. Since USCIS didn't mention to re-submit a new I-129F, he can still download and complete the missing independent G-325A form, one for himself and another for his fiancee :)

Gotcha! Thanks!

So you only sent in the I-129F form and that's it?

Have you read through the I-129F guide on VJ here? It provides a lot of information how to assemble the package. As I will not go through your google drive due personal privacy, I can tell you what you need.

- Present the RFE response with a cover letter
- Proof of petitioner's US citizenship (birth certificate or naturalized; copy of naturalization certificate or passport with all pages copied)
- Copy of the beneficiary's biographical page of passport
- Proof of having met in the past two years such as boarding passes and photo's of the two of you together.
- 2x passport sized photo from the both of you, with your names on it signed on the back
- Two intent to marry letters, from the both of you, stating you are free to marry and will do so within the 90 days given upon arrival in the US. Sign it, too.
- If divorced before, add a copy of your divorce decree

It has been a while since I've done the K-1 route, and with the updated I-129F form, I know the G-325A is no longer used since it's inside the new form and I believe so is the explanation of meeting part. (Correct me if I'm wrong, peeps). If not, you will have to type out an explanation of meeting.

Yes, unfortunately, I hired a paralegal who lied to me and did it wrong likely I realize he was a fraud before it was too late.
