I would suggest you remove all personal information and anything confidential in the pictures you have posted. You're putting yourself in a risky position there. Identity theft is very rampant in the US (and all over the world IMO, these days).

You can just list down what you have prepared so far, no need to take pictures of what you are actually sending when posting stuff here in VJ.

Also, try to avoid sending originals for the RFE unless otherwise requested by the USCIS.

Try not to use a plastic sheet clear folder/binder. People here on VJ have suggested that a big binder clip to keep all your loose sheets together is the best way for USCIS.

Do you refer to the pictures of the link I shared or pictures of the attachments? I thought I did hide what I considered a risk.

You should be hiding the full names, WAC number and A-number. Those should remain confidential.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

I could see your full name and first couple of digits of your credit card number on some of the pictures you took. I would suggest you make that link private, edit all the pictures you took, before you show them to people here.

So you only sent in the I-129F form and that's it?

Have you read through the I-129F guide on VJ here? It provides a lot of information how to assemble the package. As I will not go through your google drive due personal privacy, I can tell you what you need.

- Present the RFE response with a cover letter
- Proof of petitioner's US citizenship (birth certificate or naturalized; copy of naturalization certificate or passport with all pages copied)
- Copy of the beneficiary's biographical page of passport
- Proof of having met in the past two years such as boarding passes and photo's of the two of you together.
- 2x passport sized photo from the both of you, with your names on it signed on the back
- Two intent to marry letters, from the both of you, stating you are free to marry and will do so within the 90 days given upon arrival in the US. Sign it, too.
- If divorced before, add a copy of your divorce decree

It has been a while since I've done the K-1 route, and with the updated I-129F form, I know the G-325A is no longer used since it's inside the new form and I believe so is the explanation of meeting part. (Correct me if I'm wrong, peeps). If not, you will have to type out an explanation of meeting.

Oops! Didn't know you posted photos of your petition pages. That's a lot more than just names, WAC and A numbers to be hidden. The mod should probably remove the links.

You can list down the stuff that you have in your folder and we could still tell you if you needed more or what you have organized is sufficient.

The mod will have to do it. You won't be able to remove any links once the edit period is over :(

Here's the VJ K-1 guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide for your reference.

He was a March 2017 filer where the new I-129F was not enforced yet. Since USCIS didn't mention to re-submit a new I-129F, he can still download and complete the missing independent G-325A form, one for himself and another for his fiancee :)
