Lost old passport for K1 interview - Seoul

My fiancee just received her Packet 3 instructions and it says to bring her current and old passports with US visas. Unfortunately she lost her old passport several years ago. Has anyone had any experience with missing old passports when interviewing at the Seoul embassy?

Did she report the last passport to a police station. If she did she should have a copy of the report and if she doesn't she can request a copy of the report from the police and take that report to the interview.

We had the same issue. My wife had to bring a police report reporting the lost passport. We had no issues.

Thanks for the replies. I don't think my fiancee ever reported it as lost to the police. When she applied for her new passport, that's where she indicated that it was lost. I'm not sure if the passport office would have records of this but she's looking into it. Did they ask for the old passports and did you have to show them the police records?
