G-325A required for Petitioner still?

To my knowledge the 325a is still required for the AOS submission.

Are you adjusting from a K1 or another type of visa?  Also, if you don't have an A number, just write your name on the back of the photos.

I apologize, I may be wrong as it looks like the I485 form was updated in June.  On page 4 of the new instructions sheet under General Instructions is specifically says form G325A is no longer required.  If you are using the latest I485 form dated June 26, 2017 then you don't need the G325a.

Hey! 

 

We had already started using the older form. So we will continue with two G-325a's in the AOS packet. Figure it wouldnt hurt if both are in there... 

 

A little bit of anxiety after sealing the package.... Off to the post office tomorrow...

No worries, the older form is still accepted until August 25th, 2017.

I did this and got an RFE, I had to send the 130A.

I also included the 130A as well with my package. I did include 2 G-325A (one for petitioner, and one for beneficiary). Hopefully this doesnt mess it up too much... maybe they will just ignore the one they dont need...
