USPS tried to deliver my green card after my I-751 was approved on Nov 1st 2017 (saw it through Informed Delivey) but it was returned for I don't know what reason. The funny thing is that 2 days before that I received my approval letter from USCIS without any problem. The next day I went to the post office but they couldn't tell me where the package is, so weird. 2 days later I filed E-Request online for card not delivered. 2 weeks later my status changed to Card was Returned and Undeliverable. On the next day I called USCIS and I spoke to Tier2, she confirmed that my address is correct and she didn't know why it was't delivered either. I have my name on my mailbox and everything. So she put another request over the phone for my card to be resend to me and I should wait about 10 days for response. It is just so frustraiting this whole process of waiting to be approved 15 months and now waiting for your card God knows how long. Does anyone else in the same situation as me? Please share your progress....

@drex33, @Tunisian_tunisia, did you finally get your card? I am facing a similar problem. Will really appreciate your help. Thanks

Nope, I still don't have the card in hand. It's been 3 months now. I put a request my card to be remailed, they told me to wait 45 days. After 45 days nothing happened. Now I put another request and waiting again on their response. In the mean time I have an infopass at the local office on 2/1because I am affraid that agian no action will be taken and cannot wait any longer for this bullshit. Let see what happens.

What is your situation?

I'm sorry to hear that your card was return, i know how stressful it must be. the same thing just happened to me. My card was returned on 6/30, i received a letter on 7/5 that they will resend in 30 days. Hope fully we will both get our card by the end of the month.

Hello kedi 1014 I am recently going through the same thing so how long did it take for the card to be reset to you?

Hi,

Recently my card returned to USCIS as they sent it to my old address even though I updated my address through AR 11 and also spoke to USCIS representative and updated over phone. I contacted USCIS immediately as soon I got to know that my card delivered  back to USCIS and also talked to Tier 2 officer twice and explained my situation. I also contacted Email: cisombudsman@hq.dhs.gov ,Web: www.dhs.gov/cisombudsman

With both help, I got my EAD card on right address with in 15 days. Thank you USCIS and CISOMBUDSMAN !!
