Yes i received a letter about 3 days after i did a SR through the 1800 number. The letter just state that they received my request and will resend the card. Online it also said that the SR has been completed .

i just received  2 online updates today saying ;

On July 12, 2017, we sent a response to your request to change your address,

On July 12, 2017, your request to change your address, referral number CA**************, was completed.

so now im gonna be getting a letter confirming this in the mail ?

I think the letter you will be getting will be for the change of address, you still need to request for your card to be resend though.

Did you do a SR request online or through customer service to get your card re-send?. if not you will need to do one  and they will process it and send you a response through email and the mail. You will also see the updates on your case status

Call them and verify your address.

Sometimes the postal workers do not recognize a name on the mail and don't drop it of.

Or like our postal girl, they are just lazy and put everyones mail into our box just so she can drive off. We have a scanner that  she must scan at our box. Put there by the USPS so she has to stop at our house even when we do not have mail. It's to track them for what ever reason. So when ppl like me have the scanner we get fed up and send all the extra mail back to the post office as return to sender. Someone could have sent your mail back if it was delivered to the wrong house.

Completely unrelated question but do you and your husband still play Everquest? I met my wife playing Dota last year and we got married this year. Kind of a similar situation :D

We will not wait until 90 days anyway as it is notified. Does anyone have any idea how long it will take to get my card back on the day you received the update that your card was returned? Help me please. I stress seriously😢😢

Do you mean you've been notified that it's now back at the service centre in Missouri, or just that USPS tried to deliver and it's being returned to sender?

If it's the latter then what happened with me was it wandered around in the mid-west for a couple of weeks, then all of a sudden the tracking updates started again so I knew when it had been successfully returned to them.

Either way I personally wouldn't sit and wait for them to do something, continue to call and ask for a tier 2 immigration services officer until you know its definitely been sent back out, and you have a tracking number as well. Good luck - it was a fairly quick turn-around for me so you should be fine

I do not get any tracking number at all. The letter says That my Green  card is returning to them has undeliverable. After approved my request for change of adrees and Re-sending Back my card to me.  I sent them an email a few days ago and an agent called me this morning asking me again my address and some information about my identity after he tells me that they will return my card within 10 days at most 2 weeks. Now what am I doing? Fingers crossed? I think this time I will laugh. Thank you so much to you.

my card was returned on 7/3 and the site was updated on 7/5 that it was returned. I also received a letter stating it was return and i will receive it in 30 days. I opened a SR on the day i noticed it was returned . I called after two weeks and they told me they cannot do anything more until 30 days has pass. My card was mailed back to me on 7/26 and i received it on 7/28. So in total it took them exactly 3 weeks to mail the card back to be.

I would suggest you open a SR if you haven't done so already and if you have, give if the amount of time they stated in the letter then open another SR or do a info pass. Good luck .

Okay. Thank you K so much Kadi 1014 for your help. I have already submitted a pass info before the uscis agent called me to verify my address. My pass info is for August 8th. I think  that I will RECEIVE my card before this date

If it will take 3 weeks as in your case ???

My   status history shows that the 12 jullet they will resent it to me. And last week the agent told me to wait 10 to 12 days if i don't get it before making another SR . i will let you know if done. Tks so much.
