After the NOA2 stage - Medical/interview in London

Hello Guys, 

 

I am currently waiting for the NOA2 (NOA1 received April 11th) and am having to leave my fiance in Mexico where we currently live to come back to the UK for a family emergency. 

 

I am not sure when I will be able to return home and see my fiance so want to get any paper work I need from him before I leave this weekend to cover us if we get the NOA2 whilst I am back home....

I have two questions - 

 

1. Could he simply fill anything he needed out when the time comes and sign/scan it over to me to print and take to the interview or does everything need to be originals?

2. What documents are needed from him signed that I can not do myself?

 

Thank you so much for any help, this trip is very unexpected and I am so worried it is going to put a stop in our process

The Affadvit of Support has to be a wet signature. The rest I believe is OK to be scanned.

Medical (London): 2/5/2018

Interview (London): 2/23/2018 - APPROVED

Visa On Hand: 3-2-2018 - Home Delivery

POE (Atlanta, GA): 3/13/2018 (booked)
