Hello, Does anyone have the same situation me? For filipino beneficiaries

I am acknowledged by my father on my birth certificate. It is not late registered tho.

When I was born till 2010 I am using my mom's last name and they're not married.

It was successfully fixed 2010 and I am now using my dad's last name since then, even on my passport and ID's.

If anyone who had undergo an interview already, can you tell me your experience and if you bring any extra documents with you.

I have all the affidavit signed by NSO and my parents and the lawyer

I will also get ab NBI clearance using mom's last  name.

thank you
