When I proposed to my wife and tried to bring her over without doing the K1 Visa, the boarder guard found out and she was denied entry at the boarder unless we filled the K1 Visa.

4 married years later, she is getting ready to fill out her Citizenship and it has section that asks if she has ever been Denied Entry.

Is there some sort of document we need to provide to prove this or is this something she should be checking "Yes" for?

You would check Yes.

No proof should be necessary.

Definitely say yes and then at the interview, she can elaborate on it if it's brought up. Good luck.

Thanks Hopeful2004, that's more reassurance. We were really worried about causing more troubles than necessary but the responses we received really helps.
