Civil Surgeon MIA/Need my I-693 ASAP

My interview is end of this month and I can't reach the CS to pick up my I-693.

I called numerous times, emailed and my husband drove by today and the office is closed.Last contact was last week with his assistant/receptionist who told me she was finishing the paperwork for pickup.The results of the X-ray were missing and she told me she will call the x ray tech and get back to me as soon as she receives the results.
She should got the results two weeks earlier, but I wasn't stressing about it. I know I did the X-ray and it got probably stuck somewhere and that she will receive them after calling the technician. Last Friday I called cause she should have received the results by then, but no one was answering the phone.
Monday I called again and emailed but no answer. I  have like three weeks before my interview  but I'm worried that the doctor went back to his home country and won't be back for a long time.
Last year I had an appointment and when I arrived at the place they were closed(!!). I emailed and after two weeks I received an email that the doctor suddenly left for an emergency and that they don't know when he will be back. At that time I thought; ok, people even doctors can have an emergency and it's no big deal I will make another appointment. Now i'm starting to think that this just the way that office is operating. Both email and phone don't have an out of office message and my husband didn't see a sign on the door either. Except that they are closed and will be open at 8:00 am. She didn't mention anything about the office being closed when I spoke with her last week and i'm baffled.

 

Bottom line, I'm stressing out because i'm supposed to bring the I-693 with me to the interview and I have no idea what to do or who to contact.

that's stressful. Do they have a website with more info? It could be just a 4th of July vacation?

I looked on their website, besides random info nothing about being closed due to 4th of July or any other circumstances.
It's highly unprofessional if you ask me, especially since this is the second time they just disappear in thin air.

 

I guess i have to wait until next week and if nothing else do another medical. It sucks, it costed me a total of $560 and I can't believe they just can do this.
