Hello I'm filling out the newest version of the i129f form April edition.im trying to figure out when to leave spaces blank. An example would be question number 1 I don't have an A number. So should I leave it blank or put N/A in the answer lines. Another question say is when they ask you for your address for 5 years. If your mailing address is the same as your physical address you check yes or no. If yes is checked than on the PDF form on the computer you can't answer that. Should you put N/A in the boxes. What about if you only have 1 address for 5 years should you just leave physical address number two blank or N/A in all the spots. Thanks for the time everyone

It would be best to follow the instructions provided with the new I-129F version as it does tell you how to answer each question and whether to put N/A or none.

If you have a computer, you should fill it out on the computer and then print it out to sign. This helps with the formatting and answering the questions such as the address history question. If you select no, the box is "whited out", and it will not allow you to fill it in but if you answer yes, then the box is opens up for you to type in the text.

Hi steamfitterx, I have the same exact questions. When to leave blanks, or write N/A or None. And for the physical and mailing address, too. Im still searching for related forums about the new form. Let's keep each other posted. I sent you a private message.
