All you need to provide is a certified copy of your divorce decree/order. You don't have to provide the details of your divorce proceeding. It needs to show the signature of the judge/commissioner signing the divorce decree/order along with the date that it was finalized and court seal.

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

if you look at the attachment the first page of the Decree has a stamp which is the signature my attorney told me that the stamp is the signature.

While I am not an attorney, if that's what your attorney told you then take the advice from he told you as you are paying him for his services.

I did look at the screenshot which only shows the stamp in the top right side of the page which I can assume is on the Court's letterhead. That does not show the judge's signature nor the date that the order was signed and finalized by a Judge of that Court. The attachment you have screenshot of is the first page of your case held in the that district court re: your Divorce. It does not sure the date for which it was signed by a judge and the judge's signature.

When I sent our petition in, I provided a copy of the Divorce Decree which showed the date of when my divorce was finalize and the signature of the Judge. I didn't send it the fact findings because that is immaterial to what USCIS needs. They don't want the details of your divorce, they want to know when it was finalized.

What I would recommend is sending this page and then the last page with the date and signature of the Judge that signed and finalized your divorce. If you only send this first page that you have a screenshot of above, I would believe you would get an RFE because USCIS needs to see the date and signature of when the Divorce was finalized as that will provide proof that you are legally able to marry. If you send in the petition with no date showing the end of the marriage, USCIS will assume that you are still legally married and will deny your petition, hence, why I keep advising to provide date and signature part of the Divorce Order/Decree.

But again, I'm not an attorney.

Is the last page signed and dated by the Judge?

But yes, the Court will be able to print you off a certified copy with date and signature.

Ok, I got it certified so I'm good now but I have another question does she needs to bring the original to the interview as well or a copy will do it?

All original documents need to be available during the interview.
