Hi to everyone!!

My fiance sent the petition  package to USCIS   on June  27th noon, we received  NOA1 through  email  and text  on July  3rd stating that "your case  has been accepted  and routed to California  Service  Center  for processing", they provided  the case  number  that we can go to their  website  to track  our  case, but they suggest  to start  tracking  our case  once we receive  the mailed NOA1 within  7-10 days, we would  like starting  tracking  our case  even now:D, would  that have any impact for us if we start tracking  our case  before  receiving  the mailed NOA1  form?

Congrats on the NOA1! :) However, the USCIS case tracker is not really working properly right now. At most you'll get to see that your case was received or any RFE related status.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Thank  you  KULtoATL, I hope once your case is accepted,no RFE  at that point, is this right ?

You'll only know if you have an RFE or not once they adjudicate your petition in approximately 3 months time. You'll either get a NOA2, RFE or denial upon adjudication. Either way, there will be a hardcopy notice again to inform the petitioner.

Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery to receive a daily scan of incoming letter sized mails for the day: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action. By signing up for this, the petitioner will know when there's a letter from USCIS and NVC :)
