Hi visa journey, I need your advise I got my GC last month and because of my divorce,immigration want me to use my maiden name due to the divorce court order..my problem is my passport is on my married name,and I am a Philippines passport holder, I'm planning to visit my country this year and I am worried about when I leave USA I can't go back. 

Please help!!

You can renew your passport at the Philippines  Consulate in USA.

Thanks for the response.But a friend of mine said that I cant use my maiden name if I iniated the divorce and in the Philippines they don't accept divorce only annulment..and that's make me really worried.
