My case is outside normal processing time. Called USCIS and they are happy to create an enquiry, which requires a US zip code, which I do not have since I am temporarily living overseas. They are then happy to transfer me to Tier 2. But this requires a US phone number, which I do not have. As a result, they ask me to make an enquiry online.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/contactus

The problem is that it also requires a US phone number, so I had to make one up.

The most important problem is that I cannot use this to ask questions about I129-F because there is only a limited list of applications one can ask about, e.g., I-90.

Also, when I type my receipt number, it requires the number to start with IOE, whereas mine is WAC.

Am I using the online enquiry wrong? Please help!!!!

Thank you very much!!!!!!:energy:

Apparently I was told the wrong website.

While it still requires a US address, I just put my overseas address with a US state and zip code since I must choose one.

Submitted the enquiry. Got the email confirmation. How will they reply? Email or mail?

Will they just send the final decision of the original petition (aka, NOA2),
or a just a reply to the enquiry? Thanks!!

Thank you for your request:
USCIS will review and process the request
Expect a reply by July XX, 2017
Your request ID number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

They will respond to an inquiry via e-mail. Not sure if they'd send out the NOA2 just like that. Hopefully you hear back from them soon :)
