UPDATE - Just received a text that my wife's I-90 was approved and her replacement Green Card was being produced. We filed the I-90 online on March 2, 2017 after learning her original card had been stolen from the post office before it was delivered. My wife attended her biometrics a few weeks after that. According to the USCIS Case Tracker on my phone, it took 285 days for approval. The website currently shows that they are processing replacement applications from November 2016 so there is hope for those of you who are waiting for a replacement card and filed earlier this year. Hopefully this time the delivery process will go smooth and she will receive the card without issue. I will also make sure we get the tracking number as soon as I get the text that the card has been mailed.

Sorry forgot to update, I received my new card last January 8. They still gave me a 10 year card with a new expiry date, so it feels like my filing was useless. But I think this is because I will have to file for a renewal this year anyway and they just dont want to deal with me filing again lol.  Apparently my conditions were removed

Hello everyone.

I filed my ROC in March 2017. It got approved in April 2018 but I never received my Green card. So they finally sent me a letter on May 23 that I can file for the I-90.

I filed the I-90 online on June 1,  received NOA1 from Potomac center on June 3. I requested an expedite on June 12, no update since then.

Fees are waived and they use the same biometrics from my ROC.

Around 400 days of waiting including an RFE in July 2018 for me to send them my original Greencard (which I had already done  in the original 2017 submission...).

Hello. My birth year is incorrect on my PR card. It was correct on EAD. This looks like a typographical error by USCIS. This means I will not have to pay a fee right?

Would this be the I-90 form or Service Request?

How long does it take to get the new corrected PR card?

Will I need to attend another Biometrics (Fingerprinting and Photograph)?

Does this mean a new photo will be on my new PR card?

What about another interview?
