My journey -

5/23/2017 - I received a NOID

6/19/2017 - USCIS confirmed receipt of my attorney's response.

We sent all the documents they said I never had - R-1 visa (issued in Aug. 13, 2004 and valid to Aug 12, 2007), R-1 extension Approval Notice (valid from Aug 13, 2007 to Aug 12, 2009, 1-360 Approval Notice (approved on March 12, 2008), Updated medical Form I-693, W2s of my R-1 sponsor from 2004 to date. I was never out of status and never violated my status. My 1-485 application for AOS was filed on July 3,2008 but there was a mix up on the background check which was recently resolved and then I received the NOID letter. However since June 19 my status update now reads "Response to USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received". Can somebody help to inform me if I stand to have my Green Card approved and how soon since June 19 when they got my response through my lawyer.

What happened after 2009?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
