Hello,

I'm filing my I130 and I485 for adjustment of status, I was filling up the G325a form and it said that the form expires 06/30/2017, I googled it and it said that the I130A now replaces the G325A. I filled the I130A but do I still need to submit the G325A?

G-325A is no longer required with the latest forms.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

  1. G-325A is no longer needed.
  2. The G-325A is not expired. That's for OMB use only (read the whole thing!). You are not the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), so it has no impact on you. The current G-325A is accepted by USCIS fine.
