I 751 - Photos or colored photo copies of Photos?

Quick question:

 

My attorney said we only need to send colored photo copies of Photos (Paper) to USCIS, not the original Photos as USCIS will not accept any ordinal documents?

 

Is that true?

 

Doest it really mater?

Do not submit original documents to USCIS unless asked because they won't be returning them to you.

 

Photos can be original photo prints from a shop or you can even arrange multiple photos on a Word document to be printed out with a color printer at home. 

 

For documents, photocopies are photocopies, does not need to be colored.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

It probably doesn't matter. It's not that USCIS will not accept original documents, it's that they won't return original documents. So if they're extra copies of photos and you don't mind that USCIS will keep/destroy them, go ahead and send actual photos.
