Timeline

Hello, I was reading around the forum and I saw somebody saying that now its required to fill something new called 130A, do I need to fill this new form? (Im getting married to a USC on the visa waiver program and adjusting my status). 

 

I'm opening a thread because in the aos guide doesnt mention anything about it yet.

Yes you the spouse have to complete i-130A. It is quite new added beginning of this year. The guides have not been updated yet.
