Use the guide with caution because it is not updated with the latest form requirements. However, all other information are still good.

 

Presently, you no longer need to submit the G-325A because it has been incorporated into the new I-130 https://www.uscis.gov/i-130. The current filing fee is $535 by US drawn check or money order.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
